The Sea Mere Study Centre can be hired for meetings. providing a private, self-contained space away from your regular office environment. It is ideal for 12 people, more if tables aren't required. The room has south-facing french doors leading onto a small private courtyard garden with picnic tables, a kitchen area, lobby and two unisex toilets, one large enough for wheelchair access.
The Study Centre has been created out of unused single storey farm buildings and retains many original features such as beams, lime-washed flint walls, exposed brickwork and tiled floors. There is modern central heating, window blinds, and for presentations, a lectern base (suitable for a data projector), a 35mm projector, white board, flip-chart and pens, and screen.
To hire the Study Centre for one day in summer costs £50 and in winter £75 (assuming heating is required). No reduction is made for shorter hire periods. Meals cannot be provided though cutlery, glasses and crockery are provided, sufficient for 20. There is an electric two ring hob, double electric filter coffee machine, kettle, fridge and dishwasher.
